The location is great. Close to Metro (one stop away from George Washington Univ.) and walking distance to Georgetown Univ.
Common areas are well taken care of, both inside and outside the building. The management attends all maintenance requests efficiently, and for the most part gas, plumbing and electricity problems are rare and far in between. Routine maintenance services are also scheduled regularly. And as other people have said, there are no rodents nor roaches.
For a building this size, with so many people living in, I'm very happy with the quality of the services we are provided.

Oh yeah, and the fire alarms that are installed for our protection, work very well when ovens are left unattended.
