This place is the worst apt. complex I had ever lived in.
Managment staff are basically incompetent of their job, rude, impolite and hard to deal with. My 5 years of renting an apt., I had never seen such incompetent staff, as if they were hired to sit there and to looked "useful".

In the winter, the heat is on too high, which i basically had to open the windows because it was too dry in the apt.
In the summer, the A/C is never hot enough.

The appliances are sooo old, that they need to be retired.

Fire alarm goes on once a month in the building, but there is no fire.

The front desk people are rude.

My apt faces the Iwo Jima Memorial, so all I hear everyday is people playing instrumtments from across the st.

The security guard are always sleeping at the gate; there is no point of having them at all.

OVERALL: If its not close to dc, this place is a total waste of money.
