I agree with the person below me about the management. While they have never been directly rude to me, I can tell they just don't really care that much. The office hours open only 9-5 Mon-Fri, show their regard for working people. Also, they take ANY possible excuse to have the office and more importantly the gym, close, including today January 2nd, is that a holiday I didn't know about' I haven't been able to work out this entire week because they didn't feel like working...thanks.

Positives: Really close to 2 Metro lines and any bus you could want, you can walk to Georgetown and Clarendon (you need to because Rosslyn is a ghost town at night), thick walls, surprisingly nice pool and hot tub in the summer, average gym and laundry facilities.

Negatives: Careless management, no individual control over heat/AC, older building, awful gym hours, high rent due to location.

Summary: It's a fine place to start out in as you get to know the area, and if you don't need to interact with management much... incredibly convenient location, but because of this you will pay through the nose for below average facilities and apartment. I can't recommend it for the current rent I'm paying.
