lived here at river plae for close to 8 years (north, south & currently west). the west bldg is by far superiot to all four bldgs. apartment is quiet, neighbors are clean and bldg is clean. maintenence is competent, kowledgeable & honest. i have not experienced this with other bldgs. west has new mgmt within last 6 months. they are fantastic. cannot say enough thanks to their care & special touches they have added. live here and you will feel you are living in a sheek nyc condo bldg. lobby renovations are fantastic and frankly, unbelievable that this pace could look that bad and then look this good. cheers to rpw mgmt!
