I lived until recently in 747 and I was very happy with the furnished accomodations I was provided. I think the apartment was cozy and clean and I had no complaints...good, clean apartment, amazing location, great amenities = happy resident.
i recommend this building and my landlord. I was happy.

If you like giant cockroaches (a problem that I understand has existed for years), and fire alarms going off in the middle of the night at least twice a week, you'll love River Place West. You can never leave food out. Plates have to be washed before using because you never know what's been scurring over them.
