Rolfe Street Apartments does month to month leases which can be convenient, but I definitely wouldn't live here long-term. Each unit only has one air-conditioning box and it's output of cold air is small. Per the property manager "The law only requires us to put one AC unit in." The property is not well kempt. There are almost always at least a few beer bottles scaterred around. The laundry room smells horrible, is scaterred with trash and stinking water drips on you from leaking pipes above. The units all have roach and ant problems, but they do have an exterminator who comes by to offer his services. This building is RIGHT on highway 50, just a stones throw away. Unless you are partially deaf you will never be able to escape the 24-7 street noise. The property manager is, for the most part friendly, but tends not to be professional in the strictest sense. Overall, it's liveable but definitely not a place to linger for long.
