I am saving you a lot of grief. Do not live here unless you do not mind living with roaches and bed bugs. Seems very convenient location and price and the layout of the place, but it is not worth the price you will pay when you are ambushed by roaches and bed bugs. I have gone through 3 sets of mattresses and had to throw away rugs, pillows, baskets, food, couches, etc. They are everywhere! In kitchen cabinets, in the fridge and freezer, in the microwave, the shower, there isn't one place that these pests don't invade. I lie awake at night tossing and turning due to bed bugs biting me. I've tried taking matters into my own hands since the treatment is very sparse and inconsistent. I sweep and mop every other day. I've gone through can after can of raid. I've bought my own traps, cleaned the carcasses of roaches, encased my mattresses in plastic and still nothing works. I am still here until I can find a place in my budget. It's been a nightmare living here and I wouldn't wish this type of living condition on anyone. It's worth looking at buildings more expensive but without the pest problems this place has and will always have. It simply will never go away unless they tear this place down. The manager doesnt care either. She's fully aware of the magnitude of this problem but is still reluctant to rent out these places.

Live there a year during the same time period. Totally agree. You forgot to mention when they "repaved" the parking lot. A group of laborers showed up with a pickup truck with barrels full of some black goo. They covered the lot with this stuff. Months later in the hot weather it stuck to my shoes and then became embedded in the upholstery of my car. Completely ruined. A professional detailer could not remove the sludge from the seats or carpeting. Rolfe Street = horrendous.
