Ever watch cops' Want to live with the next potential star(s) of the show' If yes then hustle down to Rolfe St. apaprtments immediately.
For the saving of almost $100 a month for comparable places you will get; bug problems(roach & bed bug), neighbors cramming a soccer team's worth of bodies into one apartment, inept management, random loud noises and "partying" (everyday is Saturday night at Rolfe St!) and friends who visit asking if the weird stains on the wall are blood. So if you need some stories get down to Rolfe St. now. Who knows you might be helping the local police track you down - they visited once every 2 weeks during my stay.
To all future renters I'm sorry I won't be around to meet you and have even more pity if you're only reading this after moving in.
$100 difference in rent.$100.
Living in this hellhole and leaving it behind. Priceless.
