I moved into Rosslyn Heights in January 2009 and have loved it so far. I was looking for an apartment along the metro line and this is perfect. I'm only an 8 minute walk from Rosslyn metro. The location also offers plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I moved into a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and the floorplan is huge for the area and price. I've met tons of my neighbors and everyone is friendly and seems to enjoy their home as well. The grounds are nice and parking is ideal as I have a reserved spot. There is always parking on Quinn St for guests. As for the staff, there seems to have been some changes in the staff (as with any apartment community it seems around here) but I can say from dealing with the past and current staff, it seems to be for the better.

I would recommend, in fact, I have recommended Rosslyn Heights to my friends.
