Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
 
You'd only be paying for the location. The rents are exorbitant and increase at least 10% everytime your lease expires. Utilities are high, maintenance is terrible, the office staff is unhelpful...the place is a nightmare. I was so happy when I moved out.
