I've lived at Rosslyn Heights for 1 year (through both management companies), and the new management is far worse. But I've never seen any rats, so I guess that's good! My car, however, has been towed out of my spot and my guests never can find parking (so forget about hosting a cocktail party). I'm convinced the management company has lost 2 packages. They're totally unorganized and often rude if you call them on their many mistakes. The apartments are okay and the location is great, but I would NEVER call them luxury. The pools are too small to do laps and the workout facilities are sufficient but sub-par. If there was more guest parking and the rent was lower, this place would be great. But I LOVE the message they posted here. :)
