Raised rents, no more pools, no more security guard, open garage, weird "improvements" no one wants

The tenants are not happy here and we are circulating a petition. Rents are being raised and the essential and optional services that made us sign up for this property are being removed. Tenants were not alerted to this until AFTER we complained and placed fliers on everyone's doors. This is typical of the new management. Service and professionalism is declining as rapidly as the rents are increasing.
Because management cannot acquire new tenants, they are cutting corners WHERE EVER they can. Take out the security guard, fill in the pools, and take out the secure garage parking (making it easier for the tow trucks to come in and tow cars parked in their assigned spaces!)
Management says that they are adding "better amenities" such as a shuttle to the Metros (very unnecessary, the Rosslyn and Courthouse Metro stops are two blocks/5 min walk each way) and a business center. This is just a cover so they can try to falsely market to short-term corporate tenants - they ONLY way this place is going to make a profit. No one who pays for their own apartment should live here.
In addition, be warned that this property MARKS UP AND CONTROLS all of your utilities. What in a normal apartment would be a $40 electricity bill Rosslyn Heights marks up to $80 a month. There is nothing you can do about it, and no way to track how much wattage you really used. Even if you go on vacation for a month and leave everything off, you will receive one hefty bill.
