I have lived here for two years and have noticed a significant decrease in the quality of life since the change to Rosslyn Heights from Summit Village. While things weren't perfect under the old mgmt, they were at least helpful and responsive. The new leasing office staff is (with a couple exceptions) rude, defensive, and completely unhelpful.
Since the change, the complex has lost some of the amenities the residents are paying a premium for (second pool, game room, and the fitness room is no longer cleaned or provided with disinfectant or paper towels to wipe off machines) and yet rents continue to increase! The leasing office staff feels it is their privilege to park in the assigned resident spots that we pay to have available at all times for us. Utilities have also gone up since the mgmt change, though i can't imagine why - I'm certainly not using twice as much electricity this year.
Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other, more reasonably priced complexes within a couple blocks (including a brand new building with more amenities and lower rent). AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
