I have been here for the past two years through the management change and I have to say, the place has gone down hill and is not worth the drastic rent increases they are trying to get away with. The new management is incredibly inept...they've lost two of my packages and somehow tried to claim that the post office left the package notices for me by mistake. They also charge an incredibly high rent that is absolutely not worth it...my bathroom ceiling is literally crumbling and falling down in little bits and pieces and no matter how many times I call, it never gets fixed. The walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors music late at night, college kids partying on the balconies, and even the rain is incredibly noisy if you're on an end unit.

Parking is impossible--each apartment only gets one assigned spot and the rest of us have to fight over the 10 spots on the street or on the property or park across Lee Highway and walk back...not the safest option if it's late at night. And, the most ridiculous thing is that they now plan to ask tenants to pay $50 for their spot!!!! Is that a joke' Parking should be a free privilage when you're paying this much rent.

For anyone looking at apartments, I warn you--don't be fooled by the nice exterior and the wall-to-wall carpeting...what lurks beneath is an overpriced apartment that is falling apart and managed by very stupid people who don't do more than sit around the leasing office and gossip all day.
