If you value your safety and security, don't live here!

9 times out 10 the front gate of my building is propped wide open. It's a joke. Before the management and name change, there used to be a night watchman who would make the rounds and close open gates. He's gone -- along with the pool, the game room, etc.
You pay extra for a garage parking space. I don't understand why. It's not any more secure. It might not even keep your car dry. I guess it does keep the sun off of it.
My building's garage door has been stuck open for days. Even if it were working, the pedestrian door is almost never locked properly. The lock is rusty and the spring doesn't close it with enough pressure. When it rains, many cars INSIDE the garage get wet.
This complex is showing its age and the new management (Gates, Hudson and Associates) is too cheap to pay for the improvements and renovations that have to occur if they want to keep making pretentious claims about "luxury living" here.
