STUDENTS. WRECKING THE PLACE. FORGET IT.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I left because of the students. You don't want to know what I would find (and smell) in the elevators on Saturday mornings. I know college kids have got to live somewhere, but I have no interest in paying the extreme rents at this place to live in somebody's dorm. New management company also doesn't fix stuff the way the previous one did. Complained about broken gate in 1860 N Scott street for months that never got fixed.
