I am a student at the Art Institute and I've got a couple of things to say about Rosslyn Heights.
First off it helps to actually call the cops if parties get too loud. Sound violations are a breach of the student contract so report them. Don't be lazy.
I've lived here for almost a year now and it is wonderful. What people don't realize is that the schools dorms ARE Rosslyn heights. Not that students go to Rosslyn Heights as an alternative housing option.
If you ask me, the non-student tennants are more rude than the students. What a lot of you folks don't know about us students is that for most of us, it's our fist time being on our own. You remember yours.
