When I first moved into Rosslyn Heights, I really liked it, but as the year rolled on it went totally down hill.

The wall sidings on the main level were shredded up from maintenance removing the garbage dumpsters. They tried to fix this with duct tape. It remained this way for months.

The security is very poor. My car, and several others were broken into while they were IN the garage. I feel safer parking my car in the street. The back security gate has been broken for months, and anyone can get in the building. To make matters worse, I've seen 2 people getting arrested here in the past month.

The lighting also never seems to be working properly. This is due to the good amount vandalism that goes on. After a weekend, it is not surprising to see light fixtures wripped down, puke in the stairwell, garbage thrown about, etc. My welcome mat was even stolen. I'm not sure if it's students or what, but this place is WORSE then my college dorms.

The staff is nice, but they don't really have their act together.
