My apartment was broken into earlier this week and management has graciously offered to clean my carpets of the fingerprinting powder (which is not something I really needed...), but is not being cooperative in the least about notifying other residents of this burglary or asking them for information to help solve the crime. The front door was very forcibly kicked down and the intruder ransacked a bedroom before fleeing. While maintenance did do a quick fix to repair the door frame and provided me with an additional lock, it appears that it will be at least a week or more before a new, uncompromised door frame will be installed. Although I feel the entire community should be informed, for their future safety, apparently management does not feel the need to let them know beyond a cursory memo that they may begrudgingly circulate. I have had many frustrating experiences with management in my time here and this experience has convinced me to seek other housing when my lease ends. For something this serious, management should be behind the resident 100%.

BULL CRAP ITS A LIE I SPOKE WITH THE COPS NOTHING WAS TAKEN AND THE POLOICE SAY IT WAS A FRIEND OR SOMEONE YOU KNEW BECAUE NOTHING WAS TOUCHED EXCEPT IN ONE ROOM AND ONE AREA,THE POLICE SAID THAT IT WAS NOT A RANDOM ACT AND ALSO THAT IN THE END NOTHING WAS TAKEN SO YOU SHOULD RETRACT YOUR STATEMENT IT IS NOT TRUE ABOUT THE BREAK INCOME ON A BURGLER WALKS PAST NEW LAPTOPS AND SUCH AND GOS TO A ROOM AND RUSTLES STUFF AROUND AND LEAVES WITH NOTHING HELLO SOMETHING IS FISHT IN THAT STORY
