i have a centipede infestation problem. the area has a lot of puddles, so i get mosquitoes in the summer too. the area is business, so at nights/weekends, there are a lot of bums walking around finding a place to spend the night. the roads surrounding the apartments are not well lit, and it's a little freaky walking outside alone if you're a single female.

the location is not bad, but it's very pricey.
