The apartments are nice and so are the amenities, but not really worth the price I pay to live in a place where there is always something wrong. If it is not the constant noise from the thuggish ruggish students, then it is the noise from all the ongoing construction. My car was vandalised in the garage, I pay $50 a month for. The management is always willing to help, but most of them are pretty useless and stupid. If you can find a better place, live there!!!

Completely agree. I think the management means well but seem totally overmatched by the challenges of maintaining this complex. Great amount of space and fantastic location, but I can't remember the last time in 2 years there wasn't SOMETHING wrong -- from bugs to leaks from apartments above to just not even being able to give me new flourescent bulbs for the kitchen light. Most maintenance questions require several prompts before things get fixed. On the plus side, the staff is very nice and I think tries to do well. On the minus side, this is how well they can do when they actually are trying, and they still have a long way to go.
