Rosslyn Heights formerly Summit Village

First off, parking is expensive, and visitor parking is practically non-existant. Things in the apartment were constantly breaking, although there was a quick response from maintenance. And the final straw was, instead of receiving our deposit (we still have yet to receive it a year later...) we received a bill for 3 weeks after our moveout date (we received the bill 9 months after we had already moved out). Why put yourself through all that when there are so many better places to live in Arlington'!

What did you do to merit your apartment deposit not beign refunded, I formerly worked in property management 5 years ago, and it makes me sick the low level of accountability tenants have.
