i cant believe these people most of these ratings are from the old management yrs ago and i have been here for both teams this one is much better although there is a high turnover in the office and they seem to be a lil scatterbrained all and all they are very nice and helpfull.the apts are great the people that complain im sure there is some underlying think going on thats why they came here to complain.what i see it a company that is trying to make our home a better place new siding new walkways from what i hear new elevators soon and other things coming soon i think its great that they are putting money back into the property the local is great the apts are great i realy thionk its a very nice place to live the few problems ive had with maintenance issues have been taken care of by the very very attentive staff both guys that work here are extremly polits and no what there doing its crazy to think any other thing im sure some may have some probls nothing is perfect but give me a break about these crazy complainers,spoiled uppity people some are.
