This place is not worth it! The leasing office is a mess and very disorganized -- they assigned us 3 parking spaces before realizing we may be right in that they're double-assigning the spots and some ppl have gotten towed by accident (and the leasing office wants nothing to do with the problem, we, the residents have to sort it out)!!! In addition to their disorganization, you can't ask them anything bc they plead ignorance and more annoyingly, "Oh, I don't know, we'll have to check with Allison" and of course, Allison is never around and never returns messages. Poor maintenance staff -- I bet they're underpaid -- they do crappy repairs and there's only a few of them. After being here a year (unfortunately, our lease was for 14 months, which is already a rip off), we have some things that still need fixing and we just leave them be bc they'd never be fixed. The outside of the building may look nice, but inside is not as "luxurious" as they claim this complex to be -- everything is old and of cheap quality. The elevators are always broken. The gate works once in awhile and we're still not registered into the door security panel. Hell no, I tell all my friends never to even think of moving to this place!!!
