I see by the other comments that not everyone is having as good of an experience as we are. Having previously lived at The Meridian in Courthouse for three years, I can say that this has been a much better standard of living for us. Our place is much more spacious, cheaper, and the management has been great (compared to the total BS we put up with at The Meridian). Depsite the turnover in staff, our issues get resolved, and quickly. We love being able to walk to the Courthouse area and we are also so close to Cafe Asia and Piola. We love it! I'll admit the apartments are not brand new and things have needed to be fixed. I think you are going to find that anywhere you go, though. I love the park feel as I walk home every day--really makes you forget you're close to a big city, but not all the way out in suburbia. And we LOVE our apt amenities--we have a fireplace, a balcony, and washer/dryer in unit. The only gripe we have is with the "gym." It's not much, but it suffices. I hate that we can't even have access to a remote control for the tv in there--nonsense if you ask me. But other than that, love living here and plan to stay until we buy a home.
