I've been pretty happy - but then, I'm only here in DC for a year before I move on w/my job - I'm thrilled to have a decent place, with a designated parking spot, working appliances, etc.

The staff is nice and for the most part are responsive when I have questions or need something. The high turn over in reception has created a bit of a problem both in receiving packages and twice my pets weren't fed when I went on vacation [Note: the selling point for moving here was that they offer free pet sitting and I travel frequently for long weekend... ]

For what I'm paying, alot of my friends are in studios vs. my 1 bedroom - so I'm happy.
