I have been living here for a year with my roommate.
PROS: We have never had any really bad problems, whenever we have a electrical/technical problem, they are very prompt. Elecricity is cheap and water bill is fixed at $25 a month. The place is new and pretty. The views are nice and you can get a fireplace if you want. The noise level is minimal. The people at the leasing office are friendly except there is one lady who is a total b*tch (very pale, blonde hair, light eyes).
CONS: The parking situation SUCKS because they have no guest parking and you have to wait on a very long waiting list to get a second space (first spot is $50, second is $100). I hear if you live on the first floor you get frequent flooding and bugs. If you get an outdoor spot, not garage, your spot is usually taken by a guest who doesn't know that they aren't allowed to park there. Then you have to wait 30 minutes for a tow truck to get there. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
