I have lived there for 14 months. I am moving soon, but not because I am unhappy. Only two bad comments:

1. I agree with some of the comments about the poor management team. I spent the first three months with an access card that didn't work. After several trips to the office and the standard response of "give it 24 hours and it should work", I finally asked one of the staff to give me their card. Problem solved.
2. I can hear my neighbor go to the bathroom, which is terrible, but I that's one of the draw backs of living in an apartment complex.

Everything else is good. Quiet atmosphere, good location, nice amenities, reasonable rent relative to the area, and the parking is not too bad. Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend. It's not fantastic, but it's a good place to live in a good area.
