The Management is Atrocious!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
They are rude, disorganized, and insensitive. I have had no less than ten calls and four meetings with them regarding an absurdly high electricity bill which is yet to be resolved. Everything else has been average, but interacting with their ineptitude has been a time-consuming, very disappointing experience. Good luck to everyone dealing with the same!
