Overall my year here has been average at best. I live in one of the renovated units and have had very few problems with the apartment itself. Whenever a problem has come up the maintance guys have been quick to "try" to fix the problem. The biggest problems while here have been 1) the office staff is rude and most of the time in the dark about what they are talking about 2) the security gates are a joke..this is not a secure building 3) parking here is a joke! there is no guest parking and I waited over 10 months to get my second parking space 4) good luck if you want to stay here for more than a year... they wanted to raise my rent $350 a month while advertising the same unit for much less with two free months 5) my roomates car was broken into in one of the several breakins at the apartments with nothing being done by the management staff to correct the issue.
