I lived here for a few months in a sublet, and I thought it was pretty nice. As with a lot of these managed buildings, you pay extra for amenities that you'll probably never use (community room, fitness center, etc.) but I did like going to the pool. The apartment itself was spacious but for the price you could easily live in the city. Rosslyn itself is not that nice and you will underestimate the time it takes you to walk all the way to the Metro, go down the escalator, wait for a train, etc. Though I can see Rosslyn being a good place if you want quick access to other VA suburbs.
