Very simply, this place was awful...from the actual apartment all the way to management. Here's what I didn't like about my "luxury apartment" experience:

-Mice running around in the ceiling at night made sleeping difficult...it was even more fun when they found their way into our apartment :)
-Just about everything broke, and most of the time things were rigged and required further work: hot water heater broke, garbage disposal fell out of sink, air conditioning broke multiple times, main toilet broke at least 4 times...at least we could put in multiple requests at the same time to increase efficiency on our end
-Mgmt made decisions based on whether it would create work on their end and didn't care about burden on residents - late notice given to move car for construction, provided no option other than a parking garage half a mile away (while still paying the full monthly rate)
-Property manager is completely unprofessional - I was charged a month-to-month premium during half way through a 12 month lease and she asked that I supply proof that the charge was incorrect...she did nothing, so I had to call the regional manager to prompt corrective action...the one good part about Valerie is receiving email notifications of complex construction...her poor grammar always makes me laugh :)

Save yourself the grief and live anywhere else.
