this is a place for people to complain.read other apt posts most posts are bad.people dont really look for a place to post about when things are well .there about 400 apt here and if you count up the bad reviews and the number of years the reviews have been posted its not bad.i have no problem with the place ive been here allmost 5 yrs.cleaners allways working and place is in a perfect spot in rosslyn.office staff has a huge turnover but the guys that fix things around here are great and have been here for years.thers a couple newer office staff that are very polite and seems like i can trust them.the girls that sit in the front area are very nice and seem to care.the manager in the back WOW watch out for her.She is crazy.i wish i had a tape recorder when i go in the office for packages.i have heard here yelling at residents and office staff many times.i dont understand how they can keep her considering how many times they have changed managers allready.i actually think she has a mental problem.im telling the truth and if others want to chime in please do.how many others have heard her yell at people from the back part of the office.its the worst part about rosslyn heights.i try to go in when she is not there because it makes me furious.
this place is great for the area and i think the apts look nice i have good neighbors so what more can you ask for.

well then why dont you call them up, i did they have 366 apts at rosslyn heights and 45 at the place next door. so thats 411.check it out yourself do the research.there number is 522-0700....

Rosslyn Heights only has 133 units, not 400. Would that affect the proportions?
