Rude office staff, filthy miniblinds, dog dirt everywhere, front doors you can hear absolutely evrythiing through---the only people i'd recommend this place to are dog lovers. My cat was terrified all the time.

Oh yeah-if you don't want to die walking all those hills to Arlington Courthouse Metro--Clarendon is all flat, but still about 12 blocks away. But the neighborhood is also safer. Oh yeah,and if they put you on 9th St.--there's a day care that has screaming kids in the yard all the time.
