I live here now, and have been here for the past 2 years. I have also switched apartments-with no problems. The office staff was nice enough to give me the pick of any of the currently available apartments. I feel that the $250 transfer amount was priceles-considering I have a great new apartment on the 3rd floor. I also have a better view-with lots of light. It was definitely worth the $250!
I made sure to ask about my deposits, and they assured me that everything was switched over. I know things can sometimes get forgotten, but if your worried about it-ASK!
