This place is horrible!!! The service is worse than what I've ever experienced anywhere else. Since moving in, I've been charged for unclear gas and electric usage! The management is below standard. They are mainly concerned with filling the apartments (which come up vacant constantly) than maintaining the residents they currently have living there.

I thought the price and the (pet-friendly) environment would have made it worth it, but it isn't. I'm counting the months until my lease is up!! Pleeeaase take my advice, I looked at this board before renting there, but tried to be optomistic despite the postings I read. Unless you're desparate (which I was at the time), take the time to find somewhere else.

One thing they don't tell you is that utilities are sky high. Your apt. is heated by gas (the person who showed me the apt. totally told me electric), and you also get another utility bill in addition to the electric and gas, for water sewer, trash and MORE GAS!! I called the gas company to find out why I used less than $6.00 worth of water but was charged $35.00 just for water gas (this doesn't include your gas bill for the stove and heat). I ended up having to call the billing company directly who said it's because an overall usage is charged to the ENTIRE apt. complex. My bill you based on the size of my unit (very small 1 bedroom).

If you get lucky and don't have to deal with the management, it may not be so bad, but if you ever have an issue (I never had issues before moving here and I travel often for work) while living here, it will be your worse nightmare!
