I will be resigning my lease for a second year. Sheffield court is pet friendly (& most people clean up after their pets for the most part), pool friendly (the pool area is very nice in the summer time & they kept it open past the close date last summer because the weather was still nice), and for the most part, people friendly. Parking is sometimes hard at night, but there is plenty of surrounding street parking. I've had few problems with my apartment, but management came within a day each time I called. The hallways in my building are clean. You can occasionally hear people above you, but not next to you. The courtyards are pretty & it is an ideal location. I haven't had any bug or rodent problems. FYI- building located closest to 50 are noisy with traffic. The new office staff is nice.
