I am here over a year now. I renewed in March. I am very happy here because it is close to everything that there is in this city. It is quiet. The people that I know here are nice neighbors to have and people seem to generally want to say hello when they see you.
The office staff are getting alot better, I agree with some of the other posts about that but I disagree about the blonde girl being the go to girl. She has never smiled in the time I have been here and comes across as trying to be above you when ever she talks. Irish dude is cool and he helped throw a cool Patty's day party here.
They also clamped down hard on parking on the property and I have seen a clear improvement since then. There is alot of people trying to sneak in here and park and the extra strict towing rules seem to be helping.
If you do not like dogs, this is not the place for you. I personally feel the dogs make it a friendlier place to be since the dogs are usually conversation starters.

Is it that you dont get along well with people or just rude yourself. The Irish guy seemed only to get my paperwork for a renewal wrong! Although easy-going he seems to not know very much about policy and couldn't answer my questions. Thats why I ended up talking to the blonde. She knows her stuff. I think that any of the leasing consultants have the ability to do the same.
