The location is fantastic--my husband and I walk to Clarendon all the time. We never have trouble finding parking, but that's because we live in the building with both a front and back lot. The neighbors are generally quiet and respectful.

The maintenance on these buildings needs help. Every few months or so, another appliance requires repair. We have called in help for mold MANY times, which the maintence men literally just paint over. Not helpful. We've had our apartment entered several times to "look for leaks" because of the aparment below us.

In addition to the apartment itself, the landscaping has gone downhill. All of the dogs (which are NEVER leashed) tear up the grass.

Since we moved in two years ago, the complex has slowly removed most of the amenities, so don't count on any of the remaining ones.

We're probably leaving because rent has climbed drastically. We are nervous about trying something new, since we like the quiet and the location, but for the money, the constant maintenance problems just aren't worth it. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

what amenities have they taken away? as long as theres no major problems, it sounds ok. how was the price when you left?
