Been here a little over one month now and it's been a CF from the start - hopefully things will straighten out soon or I'll be gone 4 sure.

Apartment was not ready to be moved into when I signed my lease. They had to pay for me to stay in a hotel and also pay for the rental truck while work was done(I thought that was acceptable - still was a huge pain in my schedule)

Have been told that my apt is scheduled to get new windows...still waiting...hearing the same story over and over again (not sure the windows are coming'')

No roach problem to date...but ya know what' If you clean your apt then you don't have bugs.

Washer and Dryer in the unit - really nice for those who value their time and can multi task with the best of them (wash while sleeping)

Seems to be some accounting trouble in the main office - can't seem to get my rent amount straight - be good with numbers if you want to live here otherwise you may get taken for a $$$ ride

Can't hear neighbors very much at all - might just be lucky..who knows' But I sleep like a rock in this place so either its real quiet or no one is around me on either side or above.

Oh and one last thing...complete your move in checklist sheet and let them know what's wrong with the apt - they wanted me to sign the lease with a blank checklist and then fill one out and bring it back later on''' Do I look look like I'm dumb as a Brick'

Management says they're going to replace your windows? That's hilarious. They were saying that the entire time I lived there from 2002-2004. They don't care b/c residents pay the utility bills.
