i really don't know what most of these people are talking about. i think people want to be able to pay $1000 a month and have a $1700 new apartment, but you can't.

i have seen not one bug, mouse, or other unwelcome pest.

i have never had a problem with maintenance - i called to have my air conditioning fixed and to have my tub drain unclogged, both were done the next day.

the appliances are old, but they all work. whoever said the ranges only had two settings must be confused about how to use a stove, because it has the full range :P

i have never been unable to find a parking spot.

i have never felt like the neighborhood was unsafe. perhaps some people just don't like the fact that the apartment complex across the street is not full of white people like most complexes in nova - however, that does NOT make is unsafe. grow up.

that's all i can think of now, but i have totally enjoyed my stay here (i've been here now for 7 months).

Maybe your range has more than one setting. Come check mine out. It doesn't: High and Off - that's it.
