GROUNDS: The security light for parking lot shines right in my window so I have to block it with cardboard.
MAINTENANCE: Weak. Maintenance person had to come back twice to fix leak in bathroom sink. Maintenance person had to come back twice to fix the ice maker in the refrigerator.
PARKING: Very Poor. About once a month I can't find parking on the grounds and have to park on the street. There is absolutely no guess parking and no possible guest parking options nearby.
SECURITY: Very low. There is only one lock on the door. Anyone working there has access to the keys any time of the day. I am pretty sure someone was in my apartment when I had not scheduled maintenance. Button lock on the outter door can easily be circumvented with a piece of plastic because their is no guard plate. There are large bushes near door that could provide coverage for someone to hide. Someone crawled in through a window of a woman's apartment while I was there. She was able to hold off the offender.
Construction: Carpeting was replaced before I moved in with thinner carpeting so the metal prongs to hold the carpet in place stick up through the carpet in some places. They haven't made me bleed, but they hurt.
