Great for the summer

I lived there for 3 months over the summer and it was great. Location in fantastic, walking distance to two metro stations, bars, restaurants, and 2 CVS's. I found the office staff to be helpful. I never heard my neighbors, and great AC. My unit was relatively clean and certainly had no bugs. On the downside, parking is horrible and the maintenance staff is useless.
