I'm not going to say that the place is perfect. There is the occasional crack in my wall and the windows don't have the best seal; I am deathly afraid of bugs and there is an occasional rolly-polly thing but I have never seen a spider or a roach or anything of the sort. If you're expecting granite countertops, hardwood floors and a balcony with a view- then this place is not for you. Overall, though, this is the best bang for your buck in the whole Orange-line corridor.

*The bus is right outside
*two metro stops are within walking distance
*the studio apartments can be huge
*rent is hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else I looked.
*The pool is great in the summer
*and while I have never attended one, Management has a happy hour every week and holiday events for everyone.
*I've never had a problem with management, maintenance requests, etc.
*While I've read other complaints about parking- you might not be able to find a spot right outside your building but there are spots, and street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

I just renewed my lease for another year and (other than the yearly rent increase that is expected almost anywhere) I couldn't be happier!

How much did the Sheffield Court staff pay you to say this? What a bunch of crap! This place is the worst apartment complex in Arlington and should be bulldozed to the ground.

Just a resident. Take my comments for what they are worth. I paid a fee since that review to get out of my lease and move into a 1 bedroom in the same complex. Still would say the exact same thing over again regarding the new place and I've been in this one for 3 months.
