I recently moved in here, and so far, so good. The building is quiet, the appliances are a bit old but they work fine, and they cleaned the apartment up and down before I moved in. When I did, I saw a few minor issues (such as my window screen had a quarter sized hole)and they replaced it within the week. The location is great and the rent is reasonable. Parking isn't as bad as some reviews suggest, I've gotten a spot in front of my building every time, day or night. Seems safe, the front areas are well lit. Not sure what the complaints are about...before I moved in I had read them and was wary, and at this point I'm starting to think its their competition or one tenant who had a bad experience writing multiple reviews.

Thanks for writing-- I'm considering Sheffield Court for my June 1st move. Can you tell me which building you live in, within the complex? A friend told me that can make a difference on your experience. How do you find the walk to metro?
