Lived here two years.
The good: apartment definitely spacious, walls are incredibly well insulated so you don't hear your neighbors, maintenance usually responds within a day but it's always for my garbage disposal which jams monthly, washer/dryer in unit, but they're small, great rent for the area, 15 minute walk to Clarendon and Courthouse and in a good, safe neighborhood. Business center and lounge offer pool tables, a little workout area, arcades, a bar area, computers, printer and a fax.
The bad: the master bedroom, it's burning in the summer and freezing in the winter, just nothing you can do about it and I'm talking about at least a good 10-15 degrees different than what's set on your thermometer. Rats used to crawl all over the trash area, but it's calmed down now, but you can still see and hear them at night. Pests and other insects crawl around the apartments at will. Forget about trying to find a parking space after 9:30 at night Sunday - Thursday. You do see mold in the buildings. The leasing staff SUCKS. They do not give you all the information you need to make an informed decision upfront, therefore you're always at a disadvantage which will cost you money. Don't get me wrong though, they're all nice and friendly, but as a whole they just suck.
