Don't let this location trick you. The leasing staff at Sheffield is horrendous. They tell you nothing when you move in...like the fact that half the apartments are remodeled. They'll sell you a 1960's version for the same price as the remodel. Ridiculous. And the walls have NO insulation. The below who mentioned the bedrooms are 10-15 degrees different than the rest of the apartment was entirely correct. The walls leak like crazy. Invest in down comforters for the winter, plastic for your windows, heavily insulated curtains, and space heaters. I'm from the NE so I'm used to the cold but this place needs some major improvements. Also, they're required by law to tell you about the mold and lead paint that used to be on the walls of this building. They've said they painted over them (or removed it) but keep your eyes open. There is mold all over our bathroom and appears to have been painted over quite a few times.
This place is decently priced so I can see why it would be appealing to anyone moving here. Just think twice- if you can find somewhere else comparable, just say "NO" to Sheffield Court.
