Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
First two years rent went up $20 per year. Last year it went up $200 the 4th year they wanted $200 more. No new rugs, no paint, no upgrades/replacements for the yellow kitchen appliances, NADA. Parking is terrible, unless you want to pay extra for a tiny parking space. Comcast cable never worked well, and DSL was slow. Phone always had static, nobth before and after installing DSL. Cell phone reception for Sprint, VZW, and AT&T all suck. A renting nightmare, in the end. They make you sign a lead-based paint waiver. Stay away!!!
