they will no longer be accepting rent payments at their rental office! they've been pushing on-line payment for a long time with the line that it is convenient for the renters. creating another on-line account with another username and password to remember and another electronic tentacle into my bank account, which has caused problems for me with other e-payments in the past, is not convenient, but being able to pay on premise at the office or using the mail slot after hours is. i believe this is done for their benefit only, else they would still allow the option of paying at the office.
