While looking for their number online to address a hot water problem, I came across this site and wanted to help warn others not to live here.

1) As mentioned above, there is the elevator issue. Back in June work was started on the freight elevator (one of three elevators in the building) 4 months later it is still not working.

2) Roach infestation. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, you will find German Cockroaches.

3) Nasty staff. Some of the people who work here are nice, however, there are some who belong working in a prison.

4) As mentioned above the parking is a nightmare. The tow trucks circle like vultures.

5) Back in August, more lighting was installed in the parking lot, not only did it take weeks, the lot is still torn up.

6) Disgusting laundry room.

7) When I first move in the refrigerator smelled horrible it was replaced by a slightly less disgusting one.

8) Building tried to breach lease by charging utilities. I see this as a warning of things to come when lease is up, but I will move anyways.

In short, don't live here.
